These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of claudestudycards.com and the Claude Study Cards study platform (together, the "Service"). The Service is a product of Shift Smart AI, a dba of Lubke Enterprises LLC ("Shift Smart AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Claude Study Cards is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Anthropic PBC. "Claude," "Anthropic," and "Claude Certified Architect" are trademarks of Anthropic PBC and are used only to identify the exam our materials help you prepare for.
Our practice questions, flashcards, and practice exams are original study materials modeled on the publicly available exam guide. They are not official exam questions, and we do not have access to Anthropic's exam content.
The Service is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that you will pass the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations exam (the "CCAF") or any other exam, or that any certification will lead to a job, client, or business outcome. Exam content, format, scoring, and policies are controlled solely by Anthropic and may change at any time. We work to keep our materials accurate and current but do not warrant that they are complete, error-free, or up to date.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it current.
Your account is for one person only. You may not share your login, let others use your account, or resell access. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us right away at anita@shiftsmartai.com if you believe your account has been used without permission. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect your login.
Price. Full access costs $29.00 USD per month, plus any applicable taxes, unless a different price is shown at checkout.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically each month and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancel anytime. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Manage billing inside the app. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and then access ends.
Price changes. We may change the subscription price. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we or Stripe may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your access may be suspended or ended.
Promotions. Promotional codes and discounts are subject to any terms stated with the offer and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
If you are not satisfied, email anita@shiftsmartai.com within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund that payment in full. No reason is required.
After the first 7 days, and for all renewal payments, charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial months or unused time, except where required by law. The money-back guarantee applies once per customer.
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription (or other access we grant), we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial study.
All content on the Service, including flashcards, questions, answers, explanations, practice exams, text, graphics, design, and software, is owned by Shift Smart AI or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not:
We may suspend or end your access without refund if you violate this section.
Some features, such as "Explain it back," send the text you type to a third-party AI provider to evaluate your answer. Do not enter personal, confidential, or sensitive information into these features. AI-generated feedback may be inaccurate and is provided for study support only.
If you submit content to us, such as written explanations, feedback, testimonials, or suggestions, you confirm you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content to operate and improve the Service. We will ask for your permission before publicly using your name or a testimonial.
By creating an account, you agree to receive emails from us about your account, billing, and the Service (for example, confirmations, receipts, and important notices). With your consent, we may also send marketing emails about Claude Study Cards and products or services from Shift Smart AI and our Affiliates (as defined in our Privacy Policy). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any marketing email. Account and billing emails are not marketing and will continue while you have an account.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe for payments. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. The Service may link to third-party websites, including Anthropic's. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHIFT SMART AI, LUBKE ENTERPRISES LLC, AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, EXAM FEES, OR LOST OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shift Smart AI, Lubke Enterprises LLC, and their owners, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Sections 1, 2, 6 (ownership and restrictions), 8, and 11 through 17 survive termination.
We may add, change, or remove features or content at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at anita@shiftsmartai.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If not resolved, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Bexar County, Texas, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice that complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our copyright agent at anita@shiftsmartai.com or the mailing address below.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign or transfer these Terms, your account, and your subscription, without your consent, to an affiliate or to a successor entity, including a new company formed by Shift Smart AI, Lubke Enterprises LLC, or its owners with business partners, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. If this happens, we will notify you, and the new owner will be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy until they are updated. Your subscription and access will continue without interruption.
